They haven't properly vetted a senior staff member. Neftali DeJesus claimed to be pert owner. Not sure if that's true, but he made this claim at a public hearing in Palm Coast. He has a very bad record in Texas.
We had an amazing experience with Florida Green Construction, they are very professional and we would refer to our friends and family members. This company listen to their customers and they are very flexible about modifying house plans according to customers requests. Not being part of the community of the house got built, the remote communication was there ALL the time (phone calls, emails, text, Zoom); we love our home and we are happy with our experience with this company.
