We have been living in a Florida Green Home for years (it’s actually our 2nd time living in a Florida Green Home) and it has been one of the best houses to live in. It is indeed hurricane proof (up to certain wind speeds) & has never flooded (but we are up on a hill a little bit). The ICF ensures the house is strong and well insulated.
