We just moved into our newly built home by Florida Green Builders here in Palm Coast, Florida. We have been living in a Florida Green Home for years (it’s actually our 2nd time living in a Florida Green Home) and it has been one of the best houses to live in. It is indeed hurricane proof (up to certain wind speeds) & has never flooded (but we are up on a hill a little bit). The ICF ensures the house is strong and well insulated. We had an amazing experience with Florida Green Construction, they are very professional and we would refer to our friends and family members.
