Worse and worse... it's a shame. This morning I called because I needed a roll of Hem Tape, and its $10 a roll... just needed 1 roll. Now it's a $75 minimum pickup? So, they have lost another customer to Amazon who can get the roll to me next day, free prime shipping and no minimums. I do not know who is making the new rules over there, I have been a customer of FGS for 4 years, and if I need just a small item, I do not care to be forced to place a $75 order to pick it up!!! Bad business practices. Smh!

Some of these reviews are crazy. Dont put too much weight in the negative ones. Ive been a customer for 2.5 years now. Started when I bought a refurbished Roland SP540v from them. They then became my supplier as I am very loyal to companies that return the favor. Ive had very minimal issues with my machine, even being used. The issues I have had have been fixed over the phone without having to send anyone out.
