Was honest with me! This place was honest with me and it cost them some money, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to sell gold. I had a thick, heavy gold chain with the end broken off. On the clasp of the chain it said "10K". It was really heavy, so even though (I thought) it was only 10 karat, I thought I could get a lot. I didn't know selling jewelry could be so simple, all my friends were trying to make me change my mind, saying these places only want to trick you and that they pressure you into selling at a very low price. I've been holding on to some earrings and bracelets for over 20 years and I probably only wore them once or twice. I've never imagined selling old jewelry could be such a pleasant experience. The people working here are very friendly and patient, they explained how the process works, the type of gold I had and how much they were offering for it. I was very pleased with the service here- The place is very neat, you can tell right from the entrance that they care about making a good first impression. I was happy with the money I received overall, however, I have to give them a 4 stars rating because they didn't pay extra for small diamonds.

I had a small ziplock bag with some pieces of jewelry I've been meaning to sell for the longest time. So I finally decided today was the day I was going to get rid of them. Did a fast search on Google and these guys came up. When I got there everyone was so nice and professional. It took less than 30 minutes for them to estimate and give me an offer, left there with way more money than I thought I would. Definitely recommended!

Went to 4 different places before settling with Florida Gold Exchange, they offered me almost $200 more than what the previous places had offered. I definitely recommend getting as many estimations as possible but make sure you come here as well before making your decision, it only takes about 10-15 minutes. Will definitely come here first next time.

Great Deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I had couple of gold chains and earrings, which I wanted to sell, but local pawn store didn't really offer a good price. My friend recommended Florida Gold Exchange .So I went to their office, conveniently located in Fort Lauderdale ,the girl over there evaluated my items,weighted and tested right in front of me , and gave me cash!!!!!!!!! Quick and easy!!!!!! I will definitely recommend it to my friends!!!!!!!

I've got some real horror stories about selling gold jewelry - I went to several places in Fort Lauderdale and I wish I had come here first! I tried a coin shop, a "gold buyer", and two jewelry stores before coming here. I had quite a bit of stuff to sell so I thought it was worth the time to shop around. I No Longer Go To Jewelry Stores – I used to go to a jewelry store when I wanted to sell some of my gold jewelry. By the way, I have, a number of time, found old gold jewelry in garage sales for cheap and then just turn around and make a profit at a gold buying place.
