Excellent doctor! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to her patients. She has followed my son’s case with great care and attention, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and warmth are outstanding. You can really tell she cares. Highly recommended!
A horrible experience. I don't understand how Adventhealth can have doctors like this woman. I don't know what the worst part was. I drove an hour, and they wouldn't send me the medication to the pharmacy. The medical report didn't match my two-year-old daughter's symptoms. Furthermore, they had the nerve to tell me my daughter was behaving abnormally, that she might have autism, that I wasn't worried about that. Finally, she made a racist and discriminatory comment about our nationality.
After waiting for months for the appointment, because we were referred by the pediatrician, now they call us to cancel the appointment because they do not treat that type of cases! And we did not look for another specialist because both offices had already been in contact. Very bad!
She refused to help our 4 month old with severe internal injuries because other doctors were at fault. She told us to go to another hospital and then wrote knowingly false reports to make it look like his injuries didn’t exist which hindered our ability to get treatment. Any doctor that is more concerned with offending colleagues than helping a sick child doesn’t deserve their position. Please refuse to work with this doctor.
