Terrible Customer Service. Zero Communication. Placed an order over the weekend, website says orders need to be manually approved before payment can be accepted. Order was then approved 24 hours after placing the pre-order on their website. Invoice was sent to me, with a higher total than originally, with no reasoning given. Paid for the order. 24 hours after paying for the order (on the following monday), my order was refunded with no reasoning or communication. Don't waste your time. Terrible Customer Service.
