These reviews are probably all fake. I was asked to give a 5-star review for this profile after a tech in TEXAS “fixed” my garage door spring. Turns out he replaced my two springs with one (it’s a 40 lb door) and the spring he used was refurbished. I should have known something was up when I was told a 5% credit card fee and Zelle was the insisted upon payment. $700 completely wasted and this is probably a bogus company that sends non-professionals out to do just enough to make you think the problem is fixed.
