Follow up review. Dennis the sales men who came to my house said they could do the installation on a Saturday. After he took my money the office staff (Katrina) called to schedule and said they can only do M-F. I asked for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere and I was told I could only get a refund if I spoke to my salesman Dennis within 3 days of initial deposit. Terrible business practices from a business that claims to be great with customer service.,
