Top notch group of folks. Easy appointment scheduling and reasonable treatment plan.
Showed up to an appointment to the Palm Coast office on January 5, 2021 only to be told that the scanner to fit me for orthotics was forgotten in Jacksonville. Returned on January 12, and got the fitting. I have contacted the office over 6 times about the status of my orthotics and am told that they would contact me about them. Writing this on May 18, 2021 and haven't received or heard from Florida Foot and Ankle. On the phone with my insurance company now to seek recoupment of payment. Do not go here.
