I can’t say enough great things about this gym and its owner, Ken. It’s a private space, but surprisingly big, with everything you need to push yourself and grow. Back when I was competing, this was my second home. I have been going to this gym for a year and cannot for the life of me understand why I didn’t join earlier. Unapologetically, an honest to goodness old-school gym. If you are looking for a gym where machines massage you and count your reps while you’re texting and lifting, this isn’t the place for you.
