Excellent Gym. Been going for 10 years. Owner is an excellent coach.
I have been going to Florida Fitness for over 15 years and have found it to be a perfect fit. Ken has created programs and shared advice that suit my changing (hello aging process) needs. The atmosphere, and cast of characters, help draw me in on those occasional days when my motivation is a bit low.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym and its owner, Ken. It’s a private space, but surprisingly big, with everything you need to push yourself and grow. Back when I was competing, this was my second home.
