I do not recommend this company due to the fact that our insurance was raised because my father was having complications esigning the contract and we notified the company a total of 4 times with this situation asking for them to send it to the correct address and they never did .... when I spoke to the supervisor about the situation he got angry because after he stated no one was above him I asked if when I review the company's page will I be contacted by someone else then I was yelled at and treated as if I was a liar becau... read more

Malinda is one specific agent that'll go above and beyond to make sure your request are handled properly and with patience... I've been with this company for over 5+ years and no one's ever genuinely helped and assisted me like Malinda did.. they need more agents like her.. She deserves recognition!!!

I worked with Laura Cintron. She is very knowledgeable, organized and easy to work with. I m very happy I was referred to her, she took a lot of hassle from my shoulders and always was happy to help or answer questions. I will continue working with her and highly recommend her to anyone.
Through a series of agency acquisitions, I ended up with Florida First, or Flinsco as my agent. I HAD two homeowners policies with them. After calling in to do an annual review of a policy that was renewing, and waiting forever for a response, it became evident that I was merely a number to them. It also became apparent that they do not have the staff to handle their clients.
