Had my first visit to Florida Firearms Academy today to try out my new shotgun, and it was amazing. Quincy helped me out tremendously by explaining the difference between the different types of rounds and what kind of recoil to expect. ( I've never shot a 12 Guage before ) I greatly appreciated all his help and I will definitely be back and excited to become a member. FFA is very professional and I certainly recommend them to anyone, they won't be dissappointed.
Today I went to the range and gave my name to get inside to shoot my gun. The guy just gave me a nod and wrote my name. I sat right behind where he was calling up the next shooters. I notice after a while that he was getting in people that came after me. I asked him why and replied in a nasty way that he called me and didn't answer. First, he was not calling people, just letting them in. Second, his attitude was he didn't care if I got in. The staff at this place is excellent everybody is so willing to help. if you ever take a training course at this location you will not leave unsatisfied. the staff is extremely knowledgeable and won't care if I have to tell you the same information more than once . not to mention the firearms for rent :-) :-) :-)
Most definitely a new found love,, I'll be productively using up lots of time and Ammo here...
Everyone was really nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable there and have a better understanding about concealed carrying after I took the class. :) I'll be back!
Normally I don't write reviews about places however I feel obligated to tell EVERYONE how amazing this range is. The range is very well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the overall Location is great. I highly recommend this range to anyone.... Whether you're new to shooting or a seasoned veteran!!

I shoot quite often and go to several different ranges. Most ranges are relatively friendly and are happy you choose to spend your money at their range. This range operates like they are doing you a favor to allow you to spend your money there. I would've given 1 star, but the range officers acted like normal people and did not come off like they were doing me a favor allowing me to shoot there. Best range and staff by far. Took my CCP class back in 2014 and the instructor was very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommended place.
First of all my husband is not on Facebook so he asked me to post this message to show his upmost gratitude towards FFA. My husband is an ex Soldier who served his country proudly and never lets anyone forget about the men and women who have too.
