At first I loved this office it felt warm and comforting, as we went through our process those feelings slowing dissipated. I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Fonticiella & the entire office staff! I was referred by my OBGYN as I needed a fertility endocrinologist due to my age & other factors. I started off with Dr. Sanchez & I felt that from the beginning he was on board with my thoughts & taking the time to guide me to what the process would be like. Listen, Dr. Sanchez himself is a cool dude. BUT personally I would run. Him being cool DOES NOT make up for the amount of office problems and bulls%^#* - especially the way his staff treats a couple trying to have a baby. First, when you walk into the clinic you are greeted by an angry woman with attitude. Take your pick they are all that way. My wife was given this Dr, after numerous research, we went to the office and the feeling was cold “what do you need from me” we did not feel like we were goi g to be taken care of, and this was obvious when it came to results from egg reserve tests we had to call and call to get a response. It seems as if your paying out of pocket you will receive excellent care, but if it’s insurance coverage, well that’s a different situation
