Horrible experience with this company. Come home one day multiple workers are blocking my garage and I see I have a brand new fence out back. Did not request it or order it and it was 2 feet into my property and do not appreciate people coming into my property unasked. It got removed finally left a huge mess and massive holes, which broke one of my dogs legs. They ruined my yard multiple times and broke my dogs leg never once apologize or anything. Took 3 months for 1 gate, 1 fence door, and one side of vinyl fence. Workers showed up at my house completely unannounced late one afternoon- didn't leave until 9pm. Office could not understand invoice done 3 months prior- attempted to remove 11ft of backyard fence work from original estimate but instead the front fence door got left entirely off of job completed. Office tried to charge me nearly $2k extra for adding the fence door and less than 4ft of wood on wood fence, claiming it was over 11ft....after 3 months. Would ne... read more
After various quotes from different fence companies and facing an 8-10 week backlog installation after permitting approval we came across Family Fence. They were not only competitive on price on April 13,2023 they estimated the install date would be within 1 week after permit approval. They were right on the money from estimate date to install date. Highly recommend Florida Fence for any fencing needs. The salesman Nick was prompt, friendly and fantastic. He understood our property size (3 lots) made replacing the chain link surrounding it cost prohibitive. He offered advice on how to improve the look with a DIY method (which I’ll try once it cools off), and then provided us with a quote on the area we could focus on replacing.
