Great customer service, especially from Lindsey Grazewski, General Manager. The original screws securing the base of my cage were not stainless steel, and she sent enough new replacement parts (screws, sleeves and caps) to replace over 50 old screws, sleeves and caps, plus a can of touch-up paint, plus about 20 screws to replace some rusted out aluminum screws.
