So far, but this appears to be a solid system. After eight years in a saltwater environment and H. Ian flooding, I am experiencing rusting and deterioration of my pool cage anchor carbon steel screws. Half of the six screws I’ve tried to remove have broken off. I talked with and then went to see Lindsay, very knowledgeable and friendly, and bought several dozen replacement SS screws, inserts and caps. Great customer service, especially from Lindsey Grazewski, General Manager. The original screws securing the base of my cage were not stainless steel, and she sent enough new replacement parts (screws, sleeves and caps) to replace over 50 old screws, sleeves and caps, plus a can of touch-up paint, plus about 20 screws to replace some rusted out aluminum screws.
