Good afternoon, I’m a resident at Cabana Club & Gallaria Club in unit 2332 along with 3 other residents who live in the community. We have all congregate around the pool numerous times during the week day as well as the weekend. The front desk staff HAS NEVER CAME TO THE POOL AND ASKED FOR WRISTBANDS. Most of the one stars here are from people who don’t know how insurance works. Being cancelled for claims costs, likely they’re no longer writing in your county. Your neighbors insurance with this company didn’t pay for your damage, your neighbor probably didn’t do anything wrong to cause your damage. They don’t cover flat roofs, that’s your agent’s fault not the insurance company. They won’t let you cancel? Nonsense. So happy that we chose Florida family insurance. Their claim process is efficient and fair. I would highly recommend anybody looking for homeowner insurance to get it put from Florida family.
So unhappy, the neighbor that has Florida Family Insurance ended up burning my place down about seven months ago and still not one penny out of this Insurance Company. I’m tired of the runaround. I do not recommend this place to anybody and if their service changes, I will remove my review but very unhappy customer.
