Very disappointing experience with communication and medical documentation I recently went to Florida Eye Specialists & Cataract Institute for what I understood to be a medical eye exam and saw Dino Sotirios Tsilionis, OD. I initially expected to have my medical eye exam and then schedule a separate appointment for my contact lens and glasses prescription. We love Dr. Ann Patel. She is the reason why we came to this practice. She used to work at a different place a couple of years ago and we changed to stay with her. She is so very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything to you. Trish in the optical department is amazing too. We came in to order glasses on my lunch break, as we didn't have time on the day of our eye appointments. I didn't realize it was her lunch break too.
