Absolutely horrible service. We got there at 11:15 and did not see the doctor until 12:30. Also the facility is very dirty and the doctor speeds through the visit without giving patient a chance to accurately explain what’s wrong. Like you make me wait over an hour but cannot take time to thoroughly do your job.
I have been a patient of Dr. Panchal for a year. He performed cataract surgery for me that was a huge success. I needed prescription glasses for almost 40 years and now DO NOT NEED THEM! Dr. Panchal is precise, professional, very gentle and takes the time to explain everything. The in-office equipment is amazing and allows for lots of specialized testing and procedures. All of his office staff are top-notch too! Love the place and highly recommend him! Marianne
I had a visit today at 10:00 a.m. I arrived early so that proper procedure could be done pertaining to my insurance, the young lady at the desk had a really nasty attitude and wasn't even trying to hear or understand what I was saying to her as far as my Medicaid insurance I understand it's Monday I understand that it could be a bit of a hassle to have to go and call Medicaid to verify that yes the patient does have share of cost, but I see several different doctors every month most of which are specialist and every last one... read more
THIS MEDICAL FACILITY IS VERY GOOD. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband had his cataract surgery on both eyes, and everything went well. Easy to make an appointment, and the insurance procedures are also very well managed. Highly recommended
I am very disappointed with the staff as well as the doctor. I previously was referred to take my Mom there and I was very disappointed years ago as well as now that I was referred again to the same doctor. The doctor rushed to see my mom after we waited a long time at the waiting room to be seen for about 2 hours. The staff does not have any idea of what they're doing and are not professional they are incompetent, they confirmed that they sent a referral to the PCP and the PCP never received it and then when the surgery was... read more
