Well, I'm sorry to say that this is a follow up to my review of Florida Eye Clinic (FEC) posted March 17. Both my wife and I used their services. As a matter of note, my first review was a 5 star review of their initial services. However, this second review has to do with the unsatisfactory part of product delivery. Very disorganized place! A couple of months ago, I had the first appointment of the day and had to wait about 1.5 hrs after my appointment time to be seen by a doctor. The doctor didn't have any compassion; she was very "dry." I felt like she was dictating something to her computer, not talking to a patient.
Very clean, professional and helpful, The doctor and staff were excellent. Will definitely recommend to families and friends.
My optometrist was concerned I may be starting glaucoma. The Florida Eye Clinic was very thorough and explained the test results so I could understand them. Fortunately, everything is fine!
Was a customer here for 2 years. Went to reschedule an appointment and was told the doctor I was using had not been with the business since January. I was told I would have to reschedule regardless, had I not called I would have found this out when I went into the office which in of itself is a huge inconvenience. So in 9 months they have made 0 effort to make contact with me and notify me of the changes.
