I had laser eye surgery at Florida Eyne Clinic in Altamonte Springs,, Florida recently and Yasmine the lady who coordinated my surgery and followed up to make sure I had a successful experience was the best. I highly recommend Florida Eye Clinic and Yasmine to work with for scheduling everything and my doctor was amazing too - Dr. Myhanh Nguyen. Highly recommend these two for a wonderful experience !
Appointment set for Thursday cancelled stated insurance wasnt assigned to their office , granted original appointment was sent 3 months ago and was r/s due to the same reason. When ask to keep the appointment so issue can be resolved today staff stated no to late appointment been cancelled. i would think this issues could be resolved within that time but lack of consideration goes without saying. Had the worst experience! Had some issues with insurance and once they were resolved Dr. Skeedle refused to see me. Said that it took too long to do paperwork. So he decided to take that out on the patient and not see me. He wanted to reschedule but think I will try and see a more empathetic and compassionate doctor.
