Had the worst experience! Had some issues with insurance and once they were resolved Dr. Skeedle refused to see me. Said that it took too long to do paperwork. So he decided to take that out on the patient and not see me. He wanted to reschedule but think I will try and see a more empathetic and compassionate doctor.

I called to make a new patient appointment. I waited through their two minutes blabbing phone tree to even hear the options then I'm put on hold for an additional time while just trying to make an appointment. If this is how they treat their patients I'm not interested in their provider. Waste of my time

The way they treat their elderly, they should be ashamed. Its not the Dr . Its the nurses. The Dr . is only a 10 min visit, its the staff. Being in the medical field I would have been fired for some of their bedside manners. They stomp off when they can't answer a question properly. I would take your parents , grandparents elsewhere .
My mom was seeing here by Dr. Wang. Let me start by saying this. My moms appointment was rescheduled 3 times by the front desk staff, each time the reschedule happened my mom was in the office waiting to be seen, each time it was due to the front desk staff making the wrong appointment for her. This was not the Doctor’s fault by any means. Dr Wang was nice and thorough but the staff takes away from it all. Wait times in the packed waiting room can be 2+ hours. Highly recommend Florida Eye Clinic. Yesterday, I was attended to by Dr. Pressley and the staff at the Winter Springs office. Prior to that I saw Dr. Pappas for about 20 years at the Altamonte location. I must say, I was a bit nervous, Covid and all, but the staff (front desk, Mark, et al) were very pleasant and professional while taking all the steps necessary to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Excellent service and staff. My husband had cataract surgery and the day after surgery he had 20/20 vision.
