Great staff and opthamologist friendly great customer service and support
Dr.Haft takes time to answer your questions & is very professional. Very busy office but its worth wait.
Staff is competent and caring.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was hoping for more clarity and confirmation about my concerns. The experience with the doctor felt very surface level. My diagnosis was assumed rather than confirmed by testing. I know some things can be difficult to directly test for but I was hoping to leave with peace of mind and a clearer path forward. After checking in and sitting in the waiting area I witnessed at least 5 patients asking how much longer until they would be seen. I am typically pretty patient and saw that a majority of patients were elderly and figured they likely needed a bit more attention which coukd result in longer wait times. I waited an hour after my appointment time for my name to be called.
