If I could give less then 1 star I would. We can't even describe in words on how horrible the service we had was. Not only horrible but absolute rip off. Brought our tractor to get fixed (had power steering leak and brush hog that wouldn't work) on November 16th 2022. Got an estimate from $1,200 to $2,000 dollars and around 1 week to complete. These guys did the impossible. Got an old NEW HOLLAND beat up farm tractor working when no one else could. There parts where reasonably prices and never tried taking advantage of our little knowledge of this kind of equipment. Also they where open to any questions we had.
FEAR provided quality service. Providing both communication and expertise with the installation of a novel remediation system. Their communication was courteous, timely, and provided instruction with the installation and operation of the system. We will use them again in the future.
We have used equipment from FEAR on several of our recent projects and I was very satisfied. Their services made it possible for our contractors to complete their work as specified and on time.
