My husband and I both use this company. Everyone so nice, polite, helpful, explains slowly and efficiently!
Rarely in healthcare do you find this level of compassion and attention. From my very first visit, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. Dr. Chow is not only highly knowledgeable and dedicated, but also incredibly patient and considerate when addressing my questions and concerns. Staff were friendly and all was good.
No one answers the phone! Left 3 messages, no one called me back! Had to drive to the drs office to make an appointment for a ear infection. Indifferent girl at the desk. My Dr Leto is great and highly recommend him, but wouldn't it be nice to just pick up the damn phone?
