Great service, no wait
Had an appointment for my husband today at 9 o’clock and as soon as I walked in the receptionist who handled all the insurance was very nasty when I walked up to the counter, I said good morning and she slid out of her chair and asked about insurance then she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $127 for a deductible that started in January. My husband and I have Medicare and CIGNA. I then called CIGNA at the office and was told that we do not have any deductible that we are under a contract, not an annual insurance policy... read more
I had my first visit with Dr. Leto which was great. However, it started in August. I had the MRI then the follow up consultation. You play phone tags with these people just get an appointment. Had to wait for 16 other callers to be transferred to the Largo location. In which every time I’ve had to leave a voicemail no one ever picks up there. I received a call today.
