I first off want to say that I waited 2 months to get an appointment for my 2 year old. I needed this appointment today desperately to figure out her health. Once we arrived I had to fill out paperwork which took a bit- the front desk lady THEN told me after the fact there was no referral for on file which was already sent by her pediatrician. I felt Paula was very knowledgeable and confident, and it was clear she knew exactly what needed to be done. I really appreciated her clinical expertise and felt reassured by it. That said, as a patient, I did feel rushed. She spoke very quickly, and I felt there wasn’t enough time to process the information, ask questions, or fully discuss my concern, especially for a first appointment.
