This is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever visited. We received a confirmation call the day of my grandmother’s appointment confirming that it was scheduled for 4:20 PM. We arrived on time, only to be told that the appointment had been changed to 4:00 PM without anyone ever contacting us or receiving our confirmation. To make matters worse, the hearing exam that was required for the appointment had also been canceled without our knowledge.
