Florida E.N.T & Allergy has become now my favorite practice thanks to Dr Rivas. He is thorough explaining in detail the results of my hearing test. All the staff I encountered and including Dr Rivas are very pleasant. Fantastic experience!

I have used this group for several years. I have an emergency with my hearing and I called and they were able to get me scheduled same day (June 19). They called back five minutes later and said they could not keep my appointment and the next appointment would be August 12. So much for my emergency. Time to move on to another group. P.S. They placed tubes in my ears 6 months ago.
Location is empty and yet, you call and they have you waiting on the phone for over an hour, no one will answer it and you will never get a call back. The system will NOT say waiting time to have an operator help you because no one wants to take your call. We advised in person that we wanted to cancel the appointment and we were told (on video posted) that you had to call in order to cancel,,,,, FREAKING SERIOUSLY !!
