I had an absolute perfect experience at this clinic. Starting from Nancy on the front desk to all the care team (nurses and assistants) and finishing with doctor Anderson who performed my procedure. Highly recommend this healthcare team! Professional, kind and precise individuals
I contacted them via text asking if they do take my Florida blue imsuramce and what was my copay That was 3 days ago till today I have not received an answer I was referred to by my podiatrist doctor To have a study for my veins on my legs because I’m a diabetic it is crucial to find out how is my circulation No luck of setting up an appointment The guy who answer the phone is rude doesn’t listen and don’t care about your situation extremely disappointed
Went with my grandpa for nephrostogram and nephrostomy tube exchange. Staff was nice, and visit was fairly quick. Dr. Anderson was nice to explain to me everything afterwards and also gave me a card with his personal work phone number to call for any questions afterwards. I did call for a question and he actually answered. I appreciate his time and dedication to his patients.
