The representative from Florida power and Solar was great. He was patient and kind with me. Naba also help me navigate through the app and help me set up my auto payment account. Naba is wonderful.
Alex Hebel is the best. There was no more selling pressure at all, and he explained everything to me from start to finish with multiple phone calls in one day. He is also very quick to respond to text and email. That is very important in this day and age. The installation hasn't happened but I am sure I made the correct choice.
No major issues with this company. They were very nice and helpful and quick. I think it was a little over priced after getting some quotes from other companies. Only issues I had was some communication issues with where we were at in the process, working around my schedule, some permitting paperwork mistakes with the county and electric company that took them a very long time to correct.
