My PV array was installed in 2017 by a company that went out of business, but I still had access to Solar Edge (so I could monitor power production). Florida Electric & Solar gained access to my monitoring system (without my permission or request), called and texted me on my personal number, and when I informed them I wasn't interested in their services, they contacted Solar Edge (again, without my permission) and got my access to my solar data revoked. Don’t recommend. I’ve been paying them monthly for a maintenance service plan since December 2025 and it’s April 2026 and I’m still waiting for the repairs since December.
Love this company I am using them for my Solarcare for my System which was Orphaned by my installer they have helped me with Cleaning and all my reports needed for my warranties. Enphase and Florida Electric and solar have made having Solar Amazing Again THANK YOU
