My mom moved here and loves it. It's pretty nice, lots of activities and friendly residents always doing something together. Yes, there is a smell sort of because its an older building, but you forget about it within a few minutes of arriving. The building is well-maintained, it kind of has a luxury feel. The entire neighborhood itself is nice. Very safe. There's not that many condos here so you'll get to know everyone who lives here quickly if you do move in.
A great little place for 55 and older. Everyone seems friendly. Security is also good. Very quiet area. This place is a hidden gem.

This place is a 55 and up 1 and 2 bedroom condos. The HOA president is hands-on involved with contractors, staff, and owners. Making this place a very good place to buy. Love the amenities too.
