This shop stopped, on a very busy day, to repair a flat tire on my son’s E-Bike. We only had a few more days in Seista Key and they took the time to help us out. Great shop! Highly recommend them!
Florida E-bikes is a great bike store in Sarasota, Florida. The owner, Kathleen, is a great and enjoyable person to work with. Brandon has always been so helpful with our E-bike purchases. They are both knowledgeable and follow through with anything they say they will do. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a high quality E-bike from a store easy to work with.
I've been there twice for repairs on my ebike , both times the experience was excellent. Great customer service , and very knowledgeable, did an excellent job on repairs , and will never take my bike anywhere else. Will definitely be purchasing my next ebike from this location.
Best experience! The manager Brian and staff at Florida Ebikes were absolute gentlemen. Not only did they take my son’s bike in right away they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. And to add a cherry on top they did it for FREE.!!! They refused payment and said all we did was a simple adjustment we couldn’t possibly charge you for that. WOW! Amazing. Honest people in 2026! Can’t thank you enough! Thank you very much to EVERYONE at Florida Ebike. Truly a wonderful experience!
