Had such a great experience! The man who I believe was the manager working was so friendly, helpful and zero pressure for purchase. I rode numerous bikes, he was knowledgeable about each model, helped me in what felt right for me. We left, and ended up coming back the same day as nowhere else compared with inventory, personality, knowledge and customer service. Service and Sales A+ Their employees are solid and Customer friendly. Unfortunately, my Bike is my main transportation until November. It's been a relief working with them at a tuff time in my life. If you need a tire replaced or want to upgrade your E bike, definitely give them a shout. If needed they can pick up your bike and drop it off. If you're patient with them they will do their best to accommodate you and go the extra mile. Grateful, thanks again.
This shop is incredible. This Is definitely the place you want to go They are extremely knowledgeable amd honest. I was so lucky to finsd this place. I have felt ripped off and not happy with other shops in the area. So finding this place was a blessing. Brian the guy who helped me was top notch. Explained everything cleary so I could understand more about my bike. Really impressed with him.
2,000 dollars, florida e bikes refuse to honor a 2 year warranty for an emojo bike and call police when asked about something I paid for 4 months later..DO NOT BUY FROM them
