I had a horrible experience with this doctor/practice! They treat symptoms and not the cause! I can’t believe Dr. Han made me eat tons of medications and receive unnecessary treatments instead of trying to find out what the real problem was. Since he had no clue what caused my symptoms he blamed it all on allergies. I was insisting on more tests/diagnostic procedures and told him multiple times that the treatment is not working and something is not right. He ignored everything I told him. The procedure I had done was not pleasant in the least but Dr Han and Amber were amazing! They explained everything in detail as they went and kept checking with me to ensure I was ok.
Dr. Han and his office staff are amazing, helpful, and friendly. He was quick and reassuring and answered all the questions. The audiologist needs to learn how to respect the patient and their individual needs. She was rude and I hope Dr Han finds a new audiologist for his practice.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Han and his office. They are always very pleasant and fit me in when I need. On weekends or holidays if I have to go to a walk in clinic it seems I never get completely well and I end up having to go to Dr. Han. He always prescribes what I need and within a day or so I am feeling much better. I have been seeing Dr. Han for years and will continue to do so.
Dr. Wade Han and his staff at truly the best!!! I am so happy that he is my ENT!!!
