I have been seeing Lina (Nurse Practitioner) for over a year. Her office and staff have been nothing but polite and extremely helpful. My questions and concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion. Since I first starting going to this office I have moved further north in Florida. I still take the drive to keep this doctors office in my network. Finding new doctors that actually listen and care is a rare commodity! My personal thanks to the entire staff at Florida Digestive Specialists~
Got there early with all paperwork, Insurance card etc... Tried to rip me off for $200 instead of $50 co-pay. The young girl at front desk was very rude and had a bad attitude. Loss of $1,000's of just 1 client.
