Horrible Experience — Negligence and Complete Lack of Communication If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband has been in pain for weeks, and this office has shown a complete lack of urgency, professionalism, or basic human decency in handling his care. After an initial appointment, they prescribed him medication, which did nothing to help. When he continued experiencing pain, he had an ultrasound that revealed possible kidney stones and an enlarged spleen — both of which are serious. We only found out after repeatedly... read more
Staff very supportive. Dr. M was easy to understand and resolved many issues that I had. I left with a greater understanding of what I can do for myself.
They canceled my first appointment a few hours before it was scheduled. I asked for the reason and they stated it was a mistake on their part they scheduled 15 min when they actually needed 30 minutes. I told them that I had rearranged my whole schedule and was in pain from my gastritis and they said the next available appointment in in 1 month.
Great service with Dr. Mishra and the team at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. The medical staff at the office were excellent prior to the procedure. I highly recommend this team of professionals. Double check your appointments because they are extremely busy.
Love them! My care I received was amazing and my problem was solved. I also was always in and out in 30 minutes. So great!
