This business it’s ridiculous. Made multiple calls regarding a mistake with my appointment. No one answers and the phone just disconnects. Text message for appointment says you can respond by text, which I did, but nobody responds. Apparently, they have until the end of the day or the next day to respond to your phone call. This type of patient care does not work for me. It is difficult enough to deal with medical insurance. I don’t need this type of treatment from my medical provider’s office as well. Been here twice now and both times I’ve showed up 5-10 minutes before my appointment and still wait an hour or more before being called back when the entire office is empty seen 2 people in the lobby one was walking out as I was walking in. I will not be returning. Only time I would recommend is if you’re retired and have no where to be.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. Rola is sure to get you to smile at some point during your appointment.
My daughter had a sonogram for nodules on her thyroid, which was ordered by her pcp. Her regular doctor couldn’t see her for at least a month and the office told her that she could see an endocrinologist if she wanted to, if she didn’t want to wait. We called FD& E, and spoke with Stephanie. She was wonderful. We told her of my daughter’s dilemma and she immediately went to work, trying to find an appointment that would work with my daughter’s busy schedule. She got her in the next day. This office has been a Godsend to me treating my thyroid condition! Also STEPHANIE has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! She is Truly an Asset to this company!! She genuinely Cares about the patients and goes Over and Above to see that they get the care they need and deserve!! I can call,text, or email at anytime during business hours and she will tend to my request within the hour!!
