Great staff, very compassionate, empathetic and kind and knowledgeable. It was a smart move to switch to this endocrinologist.
This business it’s ridiculous. Made multiple calls regarding a mistake with my appointment. No one answers and the phone just disconnects. Text message for appointment says you can respond by text, which I did, but nobody responds. Apparently, they have until the end of the day or the next day to respond to your phone call. This type of patient care does not work for me. It is difficult enough to deal with medical insurance. I don’t need this type of treatment from my medical provider’s office as well. Been here twice now and both times I’ve showed up 5-10 minutes before my appointment and still wait an hour or more before being called back when the entire office is empty seen 2 people in the lobby one was walking out as I was walking in. I will not be returning. Only time I would recommend is if you’re retired and have no where to be.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. Rola is sure to get you to smile at some point during your appointment.
