I’ve been forgotten in a waiting room twice now. Terrible staff and if you have to switch insurance good luck getting someone competent enough to help you and save the updates. I will be finding a new office
Dr. PRATLEY is a pretty good doctor as most doctors are but office staff and management are awful. My husband has been Dr. Pratleys patient for years but there are aways issues with this office and their unprofessional staff if they would just do their jobs, and most importantly answer the phone and tend to issues. They never respond to the patient porthole either.
worst patient care ever should not be allowed to practice medicine waited 7 days for a return phone call when I finally get in touch with them the rude nurse hung up on me . When the pharmacy faxes in prescriptions it routinely takes two or three phone call and multiple faxes to get them to respond their is always the same we did not receive the fax they are not in the best interest of their patients
Dont waste your time wiyh this place !!! After being on hold for ridiculous amounts of time i finally get thru after day two. They make me appointment and after waiting for weeks they suddenly cancel citing covian. They are definitely in tug he wrong business. Uncaring couldnt be go doctors
