Definitely not impressed.. came for trans flash from holt after being told they can definitely do it. Another dealer had informed me over the phone about allison having to approve the 6th gear unlock and it's a process that takes time and allison has to approve it. drove from holt dropped it off and was informed at drop they might not beable to complete it. after being verified over the phone with the vin they could. still charge 600 for governor deleted and to be informed the same I was told over the phone. Ive used these guys for several years now. They are very pleasant to work. Their marine mechanics are excellent.
Ricky (service manager) and Mike (Volvo technician) did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond by fixing some legacy programming issues that were in my control unit. This was outside of the scope of work and they did the right thing by making sure my boat issues were resolved. I would highly recommend them for marine diesel work.
