MARLA is terrible. Just wasted an hour of my time trying to explain to HER how taxes work. She misapplied my payment then tried to gaslight me that she never did that. She kept going back to the same talking points like a dementia patient forgetting everything we had just talked about. I got a notice to report on my credit. I did not know they sent one out because when they reported on my credit prior to which they reported it was the WRONG amount. Sent me a notice in the mail in which it claimed I owed 6,000 but reported to my credit I owed over 9,000. I disputed that with the exact mail they sent me and got it removed. Rewind it back to the final hearing the judge ordered the department of revenue to dismiss the balance that was owed in which the department of revenue never did it. They sent a letter to our client regarding an unpaid sales tax liability and according to that letter, they had 15 days to pay off the balance owed from the date of the letter. Well, they decided to call them days before that 15th day deadline and threaten them verbally if they did not pay over the phone immediately. We don't appreciate pressure tactics like that.
