Called.. someone picked up and said hold please. 15min later, im still on hold and no one has come back. Communication with this establishment seems terrible.

Worst customer service EVER! The lady answering the phones is rude and rushes you off the phone! She doesn’t want to help you. Where do they hire these people? They need to hire happy people who actually want to work.
