i just called the fl department of health and they hung up on me 3 times and now are refusing to answer the phone. this is harassment and abuse of power!!!!!!!!
Lord I have a massive extreme fear of people working in my mouth. However Dr.Ortiz and Assistant Widerson have made it easy to face my fear of getting my tooth pulled. It was a great experience no pain during or afterwards. And the aftercare plan is simple to follow for someone who doesn't always follow aftercare. They both have made it incredibly easy to take care of my mouth. And the fact that they helped give me tips and tricks that actually work has been so helpful. I've been a patient here for many years and only had one episode with what seemed to be an uncaring physician. I requested not to be seen by that particular physician and all has been well with the rest of the staff I've encountered. My needs are met and the specialized medical doctors are great too.
Every visit you are waiting 1.5 hours to 2/3 hours to have and complete your visit. It’s just incredibly insane the length of time they call you just to do vitals and make you wait additional time to have the actual visit. It should not matter if this faculty is government funded or not. No facility should have a patient waiting 2-3 hours to complete their visit or even to be called.
