COME WASTE YOUR TIME FOR HOURS THE LADIES ON THE DESK IN IMMUNIZATIONS I THINK DESK 4 WITH HEADPHONES ON LISTENING TO YOUTUBE WATCHING VIDEOS BUT CANNOT PROCESS A FORM . WALKED IN WAITED FOR A WALK IN APPOINTMENT AKA 1 HR AND THEN WAS TOLD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT- AFTER I WAITED FOR THEY CALLED MY NUMBER. GAVE ME A PINK SLIP W QR CODE CALLED THE NUMBER .... GOT AHOLD OF A DIRECTOR IN ANOTHER COUNTY AND SHE HELPED ME IMMEDIATELY WHAT A JOKE
