Audrey from the front office check in was very helpful! I was in and out in 10 minutes!
My experience was great with this place! Miss Valentine was the sweetest thoughtful and caring nurse ever. She made me feel comfortable and she gave me a lot of information after my procedure! All the staff is very professional.
They are HORRIBLY RUDE, unkind, and did not allow me to have my partner with me even though I have a medical condition where I faint. They left me alone in a medical room knowing I faint. They also are super rude over the phone and yell at you. They tell you that you can't book an annual 1 year away from your previous annual even if you run out of meds. Horribly managed.
Should be an option to give NEGATIVE stars. On phone for hours , zero results. Even though they called me
