Always helpful
Never answers their phones. I have been calling and leaving voicemails for a month now because my benefits were taken for no reason. I finally gave up and didn’t even go to my appointment since they refused to answer their phones.
The customer service people are very rude. They have you on hold for hours and then cancel appointments due to short staff. Then they don’t try an accommodate you when it comes to rescheduling the appointments. Then when you request a manager they will hang up on you. Was on hold 1:00:59 before they answered and my appt was at 8:45 via phone and she then says I will have to see if I can still do an appt. Because the appointment was at 8:45. WHEN THEY NEVER CALLED ME I CALLED THEM AT 8:46
