Sadly, when I showed up during listed online hours, I was informed that office closes at noon.
Absolutely unacceptable!!!! I never leave bad reviews but this is extremely deserving. I clearly looked up the times online and made sure , I get there wait in line, ok, fill out the form , ok, then pay. The older lady then decided to tell me it will be 5 minutes go wait in the cafeteria. 15/20 minutes go by and NOTHING. ( Mind, I'm wrestling with my one year old holding him because I thought this would be an in and out thing!) I go to check and they are closed for lunch for the next hour! I specifically called this location for information and was told I could, in fact, obtain a death certificate at this location. Turns out, this office lies to people regularly!! Security stopped me at the door and gave me actual helpful information, unlike the receptionist who could have EASILY said they only do birth certificates at this location. Why do you need to lie to people and make their lives harder?!???! Just tell them to go to the other location upfront!!!
