I had a fine experience. Walking in I was greeted at security who told me right where to go. When approaching the window I was prompted efficiently and kindly to fill the specific colored paper out and which sections, and then return them to the window. When completed I was asked for my DL and payment, asked if I wanted a protection sleeve, and was quickly served back with my receipt and copies of what I was in need of with no issues. Sadly, when I showed up during listed online hours, I was informed that office closes at noon.
Absolutely unacceptable!!!! I never leave bad reviews but this is extremely deserving. I clearly looked up the times online and made sure , I get there wait in line, ok, fill out the form , ok, then pay. The older lady then decided to tell me it will be 5 minutes go wait in the cafeteria. 15/20 minutes go by and NOTHING. ( Mind, I'm wrestling with my one year old holding him because I thought this would be an in and out thing!) I go to check and they are closed for lunch for the next hour!
