Horrible service at this location by a black (African American) woman and a Hispanic woman on Friday at 1:15-1:25 roughly. I was completely denied service to a process that is only available at this location. She completely lied to me that the service I needed was not provided by them. When I read on their fees board she changed her words to the person who does it took a leave day. Super fast service. Total time spent filling the form and walking out with certificate was like 10 minutes.

Stopped by around 4:20 PM and noticed that the lights were off and door was closed and the door says that they close at 4:15 PM. I came in the next morning around 9:00 AM and asked the employee why Google doesn't reflect updated hours and they said it was out of their control. Not sure how true that is but beware when coming in the afternoon to any health department office! Aside from that, the staff was VERY VERY sweet and I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

My experience overall was quick and easy, however the staff have an attitude when it comes to walking in to ask a question. They look at you like you're inconveniencing them when they're talking amongst themselves and not doing anything. While I was being assisted, someone else walked in and got big attitude for just trying to ask a question.
