I would seriously go AHYWHERE else for OB care. The nurse practitioner runs the OB program is a judgemental witch. The care she provides is terrible. Appointments are 1 minute long, she cuts you off in the middle of a sentence and walks out of the room. Her judgement and bias opinions could potentially make someone feel bad enough to go off important medication which in itself could have more devastating effects than staying on. I needed medical forms for my daughter for College. I walked straight in and was helped immediately. No wait on a Tuesday. The woman at the front was so friendly.

My wife came home crying because she had to go there for prenatal care and they forced her to use an interpreter over speaker phone. She speaks English. Then, the healthcare providers loudly made nasty remarks about immigrants. They are the only ones in Citrus County that take Medicaid so she has to go and be degraded to care for our baby.

Terrible terrible service. I didn’t even get to become a patient before I was completely turned off from one last I spoke to over the phone trying to make an appointment. Everything was fine up until she told me what I was going to need to bring with me for my appointment, my income from the past month were one of those things and I told her that I didn’t have any income being that I’m a stay at home mom. I called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone was extremely uncaring and unprofessional. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to help or even guide me in the right direction. A little compassion goes a long way, especially in the medical field. If you don’t have patience or kindness for people seeking help, you’re in the wrong profession. Very disappointing.
