The desk assistants in the pediatric department never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold making it almost impossible to contact this place for your child's appointment , scheduling etc, very unprofessional incompetent with no reminder call from them the day of the appointment
dr. sharma is one of the worst so called doctors that I've ever had she stands from afar in the exam room never making physical contact to touch the patient for whatever area of symptoms you have, she even doesn't make contact to check heart rate or pulse she doesn't appear to be very knowledgeable in the medical field and you'll be almost dead if you're waiting on her to give you a referral to a specialist who does know how to diagnose, treat and address your medical emergency illnesses my advice to you is if you care about... read more
