Doesn’t respond to online inquiries. They don’t answer their phones are call you back after leaving a voicemail. Not sure how they have such good reviews. Fake reviews probably.
My experience at Vero Beach location has been great. From the initial visit with the technician and then Dr Mogell, to the subsequent appointments all service has been done in a caring and professional manner. I am very pleased with the results of the oral device so far.
My first visit to Dr. Mogell’s office was very pleasant. His staff is friendly and courteous. I had minimal waiting time before I was called in to begin my appointment. Leah was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process. I then met Dr Mogell who was equally friendly and personable. I left feeling confident I was in good hands to benefit me going forward!
Lea & Dr. Model were awesome! They really educated me on the seriousness of my apnea problem and how their device can help me.
Lea was absolutely wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to explain the devices & how the entire process works. Dr. Garden was also very attentive, and truly took time to understand my reason for the visit as well explain next steps. Overall, a great experience, 10/10 would recommend the Boca location.
