Nino that sits at chair 2 needs a refresher course on her people skills! She’s rude & has bad customer service! Being right across from me she could’ve easily slid the forms across to me but instead decided to throw them at me! She talks over you and doesn’t wait for you to finish responding!
Staff was very courteous and answered all my questions.
