Do not rent a vacation stayfrom these people if you are less than 60 days of your day to rental and you try to cancel you're going to lose your money. And if these rentals they advertise are such a nice place they should have no problems with letting somebody cancel and renting to some other unsuspecting poor guy besides that these places are rip off anyways been over to the West Coast of Florida all up and down both coasts stayed in some really nice places without using this service take note and do not rent from this compa... read more
This is my first Google review, however I feel compelled to do so in the event that it can save others from poor business practices and losing out on a $5,000 vacation. Florida Coastal Rental Properties is unprofessional and clearly only in business for themselves even when it means being unresponsive, unfair, and unwilling to work on an equitable solution.
