Took my lawn mower to Gulf Coast for repair (since they're an authorized Honda repair shop). Well, they've had my mower for 5 weeks and it's still not repaired. They haven't called me to let me know the status either. I've had to call them to find out what's been taking so long. In the future, I'll be sure to drive an additional 30 minutes to take my mower to another Honda authorized repair shop. If you have a small repair, you might want to think about visiting another dealer. Very unhappy with my service there.
If I told my best friend about this place I would say: You will not receive what you paid for. I took my tractor in for repair and had a list of repairs I wanted taken care of. It took them over two weeks to get my tractor back to me. I made the mistake of assuming they had completed all of the repairs, but they hadn't.
