Don’t move here! Don’t move here! Don’t move here! Don’t move here!!!!! I BEG FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! It’s not worth it. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Even if rent was $100 I would rather sleep under a bridge or Downtown Jacksonville with homeless people. Multiple car break ins, neighbors harassing you, suppose to be luxury living and you don’t even feel safe. This place is MISERABLE.
The community is nice and quiet and the staff here are awesome in making sure my move went smoothly and a special thanks to Tameka for taking care of us from the beginning to end she is a great asset to this community
I personally love the size of the community. Not too large. Grounds are always kept nice and maintenance gets work orders done in a timely manner. I love that the leasing office sends out communications via text message and are always working to keep our community looking nice. Thank you for all that you do to keep our community, beautiful and safe.
