I have worked for this company almost 3 years. being a supervisor for most of that time. I never got a raise there was no PTO for sick time only vacation in which we had to put in 2 weeks in advance. After a year of employment I received 40 hours of vacation time while people hired about 10 months after me received 80 hours for their year anniversary. we never received a handbook or packet so that we can keep the rules and policies fresh on our mind. I have never worked for a company so unorganized it is ridiculous.
